What's different about working in Lewisville.
Housing stock runs two ways here. The streets around Old Town have homes from the sixties and seventies with mature trees, original irrigation, and settling slabs — a lot of our drainage and concrete work is in that part of town. Castle Hills and the newer developments are the opposite: newer construction with HOA standards to hold to and landscaping that's just reaching the age where it needs real attention. We do both, and the approach is genuinely different.
Permits. Structural work — patio covers, pergolas attached to the house, decks over a certain height, retaining walls past a certain height — generally requires a permit from the City of Lewisville. We pull them. You should be suspicious of any contractor who suggests skipping it.

Faster than most, because we're local. Our office and crews are in Lewisville, so a walk-through usually doesn't require finding a gap in a route that runs across the metroplex.
Do you handle both the outside and the inside?
Yes, and it's the main reason people call us. Outdoor living, pool, landscaping, kitchen and bath all run through the same company. For anything we don't do ourselves we bring a subcontractor we'd hire for our own house.
My irrigation is original to the house. Is that a whole replacement?
Usually not. On older Lewisville homes most of what fails is heads, risers and a few line joints, not the system. We'll tell you honestly which it is before quoting anything.
