Fresh Look Concepts · Lewisville, TX

The yard work that comes back every single year , handled.

Two programs for homeowners in Castle Hills, Lantana, Argyle, Flower Mound and Bartonville. One brings us out on a set schedule so the property never falls behind. One puts us on call with no trip charge and a standing discount on anything we build. Both include the small repairs most companies bill as a separate visit.

Seasonal work never stops Trees, hedges, beds and mulch need attention at predictable points in the year. Skipping a season always costs more than doing it.

In an HOA, the standard isn't only yours Overgrown hedges, thinning beds and dead patches are what violation letters get written about. Staying ahead of it is cheaper than answering for it.

Small things are the expensive things A broken sprinkler riser is a four-dollar part. The trip out to replace it is usually $150.

Scheduled care

Curb Standard

Year-round yard and landscape care on a set schedule, with the small repairs handled while we're already there.

The year, paid up front Two major visits, spring and fall $3,950 starting at
Monthly Same two visits, spread across the year $379 per month, starting at

Paying for the year up front saves about $600 . Larger properties, mature hedges and difficult access price above the starting rate.

  • A major seasonal detail in spring and fall — hedge and shrub shaping, bed cleanup, light tree work, full haul-off
  • Mulch on request — not included in program pricing. Because every property needs a different type and amount, we quote it at your visit by the cubic yard
  • Tree trimming for clearance, shape, and storm risk on anything we can reach from the ground
  • Small repairs done on site — tell us before we come and it gets fixed during the visit, no trip charge
  • An optional summer touch-up between the two major visits
  • No contract. Skip a visit, change the scope, or stop at any time

Early founder pricing If you're reading this, it's still open. The first 25 homes on Curb Standard lock in the lowest rate we will ever offer, and keep it for as long as they stay in the program and current on payments. Fastest way to find out if you're in: call 682-274-9713.

Best for established landscaping, mature trees, and HOA neighborhoods

Where we run it: Castle Hills and greater Lewisville, north through Argyle, Lantana, select Flower Mound communities, and parts of Bartonville. The schedule only works if the route does, so the area is deliberately tight.

On-call care

Priority Promise

No trip charge, front of the line, and a standing discount on anything we build — for the years you'd rather call than schedule.

$199 per year · one payment, no contract

  • Never pay to find out what's wrong. Four times a year we come assess it free. If it's small, we fix it while we're standing there. If it's not ours, we point you to a partner we'd hire ourselves. Either way you didn't spend $150 learning what the problem was
  • Whichever discount saves you more — 5% off any project of $35,000 or more, with no cap, or 10% off smaller jobs paid in full, up to $1,000 a year. One job or several
  • One free estimate and a basic rendering each year — see it before you commit to it. Doesn't roll over
  • Front of the line on scheduling when something needs attention quickly
  • One company, one call — get an estimate, have the fence stained, and the sprinkler fixed on the same visit
  • No contract. Renews only if you decide it was worth it
On a $35,000 project the discount is $1,750 . The program costs $199 . One project pays for roughly eight years of membership.
Join Priority Promise

Best for any homeowner with a pool, a fence, irrigation, or mature trees near a structure

Where we run it: open to any client within about twenty minutes of Lewisville.

Not included in program pricing

Add any of this to a scheduled visit.

The crew, the truck and the equipment are already at your house, which makes a scheduled visit the cheapest time of the year to get these done. Each is quoted before we start.

  • Stonework around flowerbeds New borders, repairs, or full replacement where the original mortar has given out
  • Mulch refresh Quoted by the cubic yard and by type — hardwood, cedar, dyed, or premium blends — once we've seen your beds
  • Rock beds, added or replaced With Sprayrocks applied to hold the bed in place through a full year of rain and wind
  • Tree and stump removal Including anything too large or too close to a structure for routine trimming
  • Plants, trees and flowers installed Seasonal color, replacements for what didn't make the summer, or a full bed redesign
  • Drainage correction Regrading, surface drains and French drains for beds and low spots that hold water after a hard rain

If it's on your property, ask. We either do it, or we know who does.

What counts as a small repair

The things that break every year, and what the part actually costs.

These are the repairs both programs cover while we're on your property. Individually none of them is a real job. Together they're most of what a homeowner ends up paying a trip charge for.

  • $0.00 A sprinkler head watering the driveway instead of the lawn — usually a quarter turn of the nozzle
  • ~$4 A snapped riser on a tall head, replaced at the section
  • ~$0.98 A line pulled loose underground, dug out carefully and rejoined with a coupling
  • — Grass thinning in a patch where a tree has grown and shaded out what used to get sun
  • — Border stones working loose where the original mortar was mixed thin
  • — Beds pulling away from the edge, or drainage cutting a channel after a hard rain

Common questions

Before you sign up

Is this a contract?

No. Neither program locks you into a term. Skip a visit, change what's included, or stop entirely. We'd rather keep you because the work is good.

How often do you come out?

Curb Standard is built around two major visits a year, timed to the seasons that matter in North Texas — spring, roughly March through May, and fall, roughly September through November. A summer touch-up is optional. Priority Promise isn't scheduled at all: you call, and four times a year there's no trip charge.

Will this keep me out of trouble with my HOA?

That's most of what Curb Standard is for, and in Castle Hills, Lantana and Argyle it's the reason people sign up. We can't speak for any association or promise what a board will decide — we're not affiliated with them. What we can do is keep hedges, beds, turf and trees at a standard that rarely draws a letter, and fix what does.

What if I need something you don't do?

We bring in someone who does. Fresh Look Concepts has working relationships with subcontractors across nearly every trade, so you make one call instead of finding, vetting and scheduling a stranger yourself. It still runs through us, and we still stand behind it.

What happens if something breaks between visits?

Tell us. On Curb Standard, small repairs get added to the next scheduled visit at no trip charge. On Priority Promise, that's what the quarterly service calls are for. Anything urgent, call and we'll tell you honestly whether it can wait.

Can I be in both?

Yes, and most people in the scheduled program eventually are. Curb Standard keeps the property current. Priority Promise is what makes the bigger project cheaper when you get around to it.

Can I add work to a scheduled visit?

Yes, and it's usually the cheapest way to get anything done — the crew and the equipment are already at your house. Outdoor living construction, pool work, kitchen and bath remodeling all get program pricing.
