Castle Hills · Lewisville, Texas

Property care in Castle Hills, where the standard isn't only yours.

Castle Hills is a master-planned community with an active homeowners association, which means your hedges, beds and turf are held to a standard someone else writes down. We work here constantly and we're based a few minutes away. Most of what we do in Castle Hills is keeping properties ahead of that standard rather than answering for it.

Local detail

What's different about working in Castle Hills.

The violation letter is the real deadline. Overgrown hedges, thinning beds and dead patches are what associations write about, and the fix always costs less before the letter than after. Most people here don't want a landscaping project — they want the property to never become a conversation.

Landscaping here is at the age where it needs real attention. Plantings that were sized for a new build are now mature enough to crowd, shade out turf, or outgrow their beds. That's a shaping and thinning problem, not a replacement problem, and it comes back every year.

Our Curb Standard program was built for this. Two major seasonal visits, mulch, hedges, trees and cleanup on a schedule, with the small repairs handled while we're already on site. No bids every season. See how it works.

Questions we get from Castle Hills homeowners

Before you call.

Will this keep me out of trouble with the HOA?

That's most of what we're doing here. We can't speak for any association or promise what a board decides — we're not affiliated with them. What we can do is hold hedges, beds, turf and trees at a standard that rarely draws a letter, and fix what does.

Do I have to sign up for a program?

No. Plenty of Castle Hills work is one-off. The program exists because people got tired of gathering bids twice a year, not because it's required.

My plantings have outgrown the beds. Do they need replacing?

Usually not. Most of what looks overgrown here is a shaping and thinning job. We'll tell you when something genuinely needs to come out, and that's the smaller number of cases.
