Legal Entity Disclosure

Fresh Look Concepts LLC and Old Town Landscape & Construction LLC are separate Texas limited liability companies that operate from the same principal business address. Both companies are independently registered with the Texas Secretary of State and maintain separate tax identification numbers, accounting records, and bank accounts.

Although the two companies may collaborate on certain projects or share administrative resources, each company conducts business under its own name and assumes responsibility solely for the work, contracts, and warranties issued in its name.

Client invoices, service agreements, and project documentation will clearly indicate which company is performing the work and receiving payment. Payments must be made directly to the entity listed on the invoice or agreement.

This structure allows both Fresh Look Concepts LLC and Old Town Landscape & Construction LLC to operate collaboratively while maintaining independent legal and financial liability protection under Chapter 101 of the Texas Business Organizations Code.
